is that it's so goshdarn cold. =( I've been having one heck of a time with my hands, which I can only think to attribute to the stunningly cold weather that we've been experiencing here in the southeast.  Last week, in fact, my husband finally insisted that I go to the doctor for the problems I've been having because my right hand was so swollen that it looked like I had stuck it right into a bee's nest.  So, of course they drew blood and ran tests and gave me some medicine (meloxicam) to help relieve the pain.  The medication seems to be helping, but I'm also supposed to be taking it easy with my hands which is a huge pain because there are

Wow, I haven't updated my journal here since August?  What a slacker!
